Through joint-efforts by the both sides, education quality of Confucius Institutes had been steadily improved, cultural exchanges had become increasingly active, and their service capabilities had been continuously enhanced. It had made positive contributions to meeting the Chinese learning needs of the people of all countries and serving practical cooperation in economy, trade and other fields

Confucius institutes should innovate teaching methods, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality evaluation system and build an authoritative platform for Chinese teaching. We should carry out rich and colorful cultural activities, give full play to the role of sinologists as cultural ambassadors, and foster a comprehensive platform for people-to-people and cultural exchanges.
We would implement the Chinese + programs, set up specialized courses in skills, business and traditional Chinese medicine in light of local conditions, and build a platform for practical cooperation. We should continue to open our schools to the outside world, give full play to the strengths of both sides in running schools, train more talented people who were familiar with each other's countries, build platforms for friendly exchanges between countries, and contribute to deepening china-foreign friendship and building a community of shared future for mankind.
